I started working with Pastor David in November of 2023.
We focused on creating an outreach culture. Culture was important because he had a small team of leaders that were discouraged. After three months of consistently reaching their community, they started to see results.
There was a renewed excitement and focus in their team of leaders. As the leaders got excited, the congregation followed.
By June of 2024, they were seeing about 60 people on a Sunday, baptizing new believers, and adding new members. This growth forced them to move to a bigger location that seated around 150 people.
Their growth happened so quickly because they identified a leadership team that was passionate about their God-given vision. This alignment with the heart of God fast-tracked their results.
